These terms and conditions oversee the use of the services provided by Nimbus Journeys (referred to herein as "the Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website and engaging our bespoke luxury travel planning services, you agree to be bound by these meticulously curated legal provisions.

2. Booking & Bespoke Services

All bookings for meteorological-themed expeditions, private jet charters, and yacht charters are subject to availability and the specific requirements of our elite partners. A bespoke itinerary is considered confirmed only upon the receipt of the initial deposit and the subsequent issuance of a formal confirmation from the Nimbus Journeys concierge team.

Nimbus Journeys reserves the right to adjust itineraries based on meteorological conditions to ensure the safety and optimal experience of our guests, particularly for our storm-chasing and aurora-viewing expeditions.

3. Financial Arrangements

Currency for all transactions is primarily in SGD, unless otherwise specified for international yacht or aircraft charters. Payments must be made via secure bank transfer or our approved premium credit card processor. Detailed cancellation policies vary by itinerary and are clearly outlined in each specific expedition contract.

4. Liability & Responsibility

While Nimbus Journeys selects partners with the utmost care, we act as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, and local operators. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from unforeseen meteorological events, governmental restrictions, or force majeure.
